2 Hours All Levels $50

Step into the world of Fire Flow Arts w Kendal Magma! This is an unlit class indoors which will begin with fire saftey practices, and move onto staff and rope dart skills!

-Staff: We'll focus on strengthening basic staff skills, learning multiple spin variations, tosses, and flow techniques. Additionally, we'll incorporate martial arts staff techniques for added flair. 

-Rope Dart: We'll cover body wraps, shoots, stalls, and martial art techniques for power and accuracy.

No experience is needed for either portion, and we may cover intermediate to advanced techniques if appropriate within the time.

Please bring the props (staff, rope dart) if you have, however we will have some to share if you don't own one yet.
