Intermediate Flying Pole

— 4-Week Series Thursdays 10/16-11/13 *OFF 10/30 FOR HALLOWEEN*

Ready to take your pole foundations in the air? This 4-week series is all about exploring the powerful, dynamic world of Flying Pole — where pole and aerial collide. You’ll learn to spin entry techniques, creative sequences, new & familiar transitions, and unique shapes while the pole moves with you in the air.

Each week we’ll layer in new tricks and transitions, building confidence, strength, and flow as you unlock what’s possible on this unique apparatus.

Prerequisites: students must already have a solid foundation in regular pole — meaning you’re comfortable with climbing, a basic pole sit, and basic pole technique. It’s also recommended to have at least some experience spinning on an aerial apparatus (like lyra, trapeze, or silks) so the off ground rotating suspension of the flying pole feels familiar.

We recommend ~ 6 months of consistent pole or aerial training before signing up — both preferred for the best experience.

This isn’t a beginner’s first spin, but if you’ve put in the time on the ground and in the air, you’re ready to fly! 🪶
