Want to get your handstand, and get fit doing it? This class is for all levels.

75 min Mondays 7:45-9p 8/18-9/29 *OFF 9/1 LABOR DAY*

It is specifically geared towards learning, understanding and applying the principles and philosophies of handstand training from a ‘gymnastics perspective’. You will learn various concepts featured directly in the class.

You can expect to cover the following areas: Handstand Work (Holding) Drills | Concepts | Philosophy Mind-body Activation/awareness training

- Positioning

- Strength

- Mobility

- Core stability

-Injury prevention

We will start with a head to toe full body activation designed specifically by Mark. This is based on various disciplines such as gymnastics fundamentals, calisthenics, yoga, pilates and functional strength and conditioning, etc. The rest will feature specific drills that will help develop your understanding, awareness, and proficiency in handstand training.
